• If your unopened normal stock item is returned within 7 days, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. If the item was a special order initiated by you or a discounted clearance item, sorry, no refunds available. On special orders, PMC may elect to issue Store Credit in lieu of a cash refund.
• All returns after 7 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. A refund minus the restocking fee will be given provided that the item is undamaged with all original packaging and accessories.
• Products returned after 14 days will incur a 25% restocking fee and the remaining refund will be either cash or Store Credit at the discretion of management.
• No refunds will be given for items returned after 30 days unless the item is proven to be defective and PMC is unable to provide a replacement.
• No refunds are given on layaways cancelled or in default.
